I have been going here for almost two years now and I would never go anywhere else. Emily is professional, welcoming, personable, and an expert in what she does. My skin has gotten so much better since I started going to see her. Recommend her 10/10.

I got my lip blush and a facial here, and had such a great experience from start to finish! The studio was super clean, the vibe was relaxing, and I was so comfortable the entire time. My lip blush turned out beautiful — super natural and exactly what I wanted. The facial was also amazing — my skin felt so fresh and glowing after. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for permanent makeup or high-quality skincare. Definitely coming back!

I have been getting my henna brows done with Emily every three weeks, and I am obsessed with the results... I love waking up and not having to fill in my eyebrows everyday! She nails the exact shape and color I want so I have booked my appointment to get the nano brow done and cannot wait for them to be permanent. Wow! What an amazing experience with Face First Permanent Makeup. Arrived for my appointment in such a welcoming space , it was clean and I was really impressed at how much care Emily took in ensuring I was happy . It was my first time trying Henna brows , lash tint and a lash lift and I left feeling so amazing and polished ! She took her time and made me feel so relaxed ! I can’t wait to go back for my touch up , I love my eye brows and my lashes . I’m so thankful I finally found someone in Ottawa that I feel comfortable going to for these services !!!!!!
